Many companies say that ‘employees are their most important asset’ but we want to take this a step further by encouraging all those who work for us to take an active interest in what we do, what we are seeking to achieve, and how we are going about achieving it. We have therefore taken the first steps towards extending share ownership to all those who have been employees of the company for more than a year.
