Robert has extensive experience in creating and managing high performing teams engaged in planning, building and maintaining complex electricity networks. His unrivalled engineering design and effective asset management skills derive from holding several senior positions and being an accredited Safety Manager, a capacity in which he acts for energypeople both internally and as an advisor to others.

He brings experience of working as Head of System Development at UKPN (formerly EDF Energy Networks) as Head of Customer Operations, East of England South, and a range of earlier engineering management roles.
