This audit of compliance of the five licensees – DPC, RAEC, MEDC, MJEC and MZEC – involved reviewing whether the regulatory framework was sufficiently well understood by the companies’ employees and agents; that companies had codes of practice governing the discharge of their obligations and that these were followed; the function and performance of service providers and the reliability and accuracy of data that was submitted to the Regulatory authority and published more widely. Individual copy reports and an overview were prepared and presented to stakeholders.
