Working in partnership with NGT Strategic management, energypeople produced a study of the SAIDI and SAIFI performance of the UK power distribution sector. This involved a review and evaluation of trends in interruptions and their duration; analysis of the likely causes underlying the positive trend discernible from published data; and the impact of regulation. The study provided benchmark data for the client’s review of their own strategy for delivering network performance improvement.
