Critical to the safe and efficient design, construction, operation and maintenance of the network is the presence of an authoritative, simply expressed and comprehensive policy framework. In pursuit of this, we were commissioned to review, edit and where necessary draft new documents on behalf of a network operator, thereby creating an updated and expanded policy framework.

For a separate network operator, we developed a suite of multiple choice questions which formed part of the organisation’s routine/refresher competency assessment. (This dovetailed into our earlier work in Oman on technical competency assessment in one of the distribution and supply companies.)
