A team from energypeople worked with the Authority to deliver a comprehensive technical and financial review of the performance of the five licenced distribution companies in support of the Authority’s determination of the distribution price control. This included a thorough cost evaluation; review of project development efficiency; detailed scrutiny and assessment of operation and maintenance contracts; review and evaluation of the use of consultants; review of training effectiveness; and a review of asset management practice. The outcomes were reported to the Authority, with feedback to the companies.
