Following a recent course, Jacek Kompanowski, Josh McAvoy and Sarah Bown are now certified to carry out Management System Auditing.
The course, run by Quality Matters Limited, provided professional training in the principles and practice of audits of management systems for compliance with Management Standards. The methodology employed was that set out in the Standard for auditing management systems ISO 19011:2011.
International Standards emphasise the importance of auditing as a management tool for monitoring and verifying the effective implementation of an organisation’s policy for quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems.
The team will now use their new skills to push forward with the company’s quest for ISO9001:2015 accreditation.
