energypeople were commissioned to undertake a study of options for earthing at public electric vehicle charging facilities, compliant with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671 as amended March 2022) and the IET Code of Practice for Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment Installation. The study concluded with recommendations for the earthing types/configurations at facilities likely to be encountered which, when adopted, would provide safe, efficient and compliant earthing solutions.
