Our work involved conducting an audit using the regulatory authority’s methodological framework, covering performance indicators for meter reading, billing, complaint handling and new connections to the network. We provided an independent audit ‘opinion’ and developed recommendations for improving the accuracy and reliability of the data, and the efficiency with which it is collected and reported.

Since this bundle of reports is part of an incentive scheme for companies, KPIs were recalculated where required.
