energypeople conducted an independent audit of the quality of supply indicators (QSIs) – using the international measures of SAIFI, SAIFI, together worst performing feeders.
Performance outcome reports are submitted by companies to the regulatory authority and our function was to audit the process of data collection, interpretation and report compilation by companies for the year ending December 2022. For both companies for whom we acted as auditors; preparing a report, an audit statement and recommendations for improvement ready for submission to the Authority for Public Service Regulation.
In addition, for MEDC, we prepared a standard operating procedure (SOP) to codify the process of QSI regulatory reporting to ensure accurate, consistent and timely reporting.
